MUSE THALIA

 MUSE THALIA

CHI - RHO

CHI - RHO

First adopted by the Emperor Constantine after his conversion to Christianity. It is described as a pike bearing a silk banner hanging from a crosspiece, and surmounted by a golden crown. It bore a monogram of the first two letters (CHR) of the name of Christ in its Greek form. Later, the name was given to various modifications of this standard.
As to the monogram, it was a combination of the letter X, Chi, and P, Rho, the initial syllable of Christos.

PISCES

PISCES

Pisces is the twelfth astrological sign in the Zodiac, which originates from the Pisces constellation. In western astrology this sign is no longer aligned with the constellation because of the precession of the equinoxes. In astrology, Pisces is considered a "feminine", negative sign. It is also considered a water sign and one of the four mutable signs. Under the tropical zodiac, the Sun is in Pisces roughly from February 20 to March 20, ending on the moment of vernal equinox by definition.

Pisces has an instinctive connection with life beyond space and time such that ordinary daily life can seem a burden. As an actor on the stage can lift an audience out of itself so can Pisces give life by infusing this world with intimations of another.

THE EYE OF HORUS

THE EYE OF HORUS

The eye of horus also known as Wedjat or Oudjat is the left lunar eye, connected with the moon. The right eye is the eye of RA and associated with the sun.The horus eye sign is worn for protection and to ward of angry evil spirits.
Though some sources say there is no distinction at all. The Eye represents the eye that was lost by Horus when he fought with Seth over the murder of his father, Osiris. The symbol is worn for to ward off evil spirits.
The Eye of Horus also symbolises bringing of wisdom and our ability to see with clarity and truthfulness.

ANKH

ANKH

The Ankh Cross represents life (immortality) and death, male and female, balance. It can aswell represent zest, joy of life, and energy. It's related closely to the looped cross that can mean fertility and life.
The gods are often seen holding an ankh to someone's lips this is considered to be an offering of "The Breath of Life". The breath you will need in afterlife.
Like a lot of religious or spiritual symbols, the Ankh Cross doesn't have a single meaning.

YIN - YANG

YIN - YANG

According to ancient Chinese philosophy, the two fundamental principles, one negative, dark, passive, cold, wet, and feminine (yin) and the other (yang) positive, bright, active, dry, hot and masculine.
The interactions and balance of these forces in people and nature influence their behavior and fate.
The balance of yin and yang in the individual, nature, and the cosmos is symbolized by a circle separated by an "S" shape, one half of the circle dark and the other light.
Used in the Western world to express any dualistic, reciprocal control system in which one influence tends to promote things that the opposing influence tends to inhibit.
